I'm Amanda, creator of Wildly HER.

My work brings together somatics, energetics, movement, intuition, and years of study in yoga, mindfulness, astrology, Human Design, and nervous system regulation.

I believe transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about remembering who you are and creating a life that feels deeply aligned with who you're here to be.

Sessions are held in person and onine, allowing us to connect wherever you are. Each experience is intuitive, personalized, and designed to support self-awareness, embodiment, expansion, and meaningful change.

About Me

Somatic & Energetic Practitioner

Hello I’m Amanda, a Somatic and Energetic practitioner, yoga teacher, space holder, and guide for people longing to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more embodied way.

My work blends somatics, nervous system support, movement, breath, energy work, intuition, and years of experience in yoga and holistic healing.

I create spaces that are grounding, intentional, honest, and deeply human, spaces where you don’t need to perform, “fix” yourself, or have it all figured out.

Whether we’re working together through somatic coaching, movement, energy sessions, workshops, or mentorship, my approach is rooted in the belief that the body already holds deep wisdom. Sometimes we simply need the right space, support, and safety to remember how to listen.

My sessions are intuitive, trauma-aware, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. Some are soft and restorative. Some are powerful and confronting. Many involve laughter, breath, emotion, movement, stillness, and the unraveling of old patterns that no longer fit.

I’m especially passionate about helping people:
